Testing & Validation Engineer II - REMOTE - San Diego, CA
Join Serco in support of our Defense Service sector and Systems Integration and Installation Business Unit as a Testing & Validtion Engineer providing Technical Sustainment Support, Sustainment Engineering Support, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Configuration Management (CM), and System Installation and Turnover for ONE-Net ISEA. ONE-Net is a navy-wide initiative to install a common and secure IT Infrastructure to OCONUS Navy locations. It is based on Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) architecture and designed to be interoperable with IT-21, NMCI, and global information grid.
In this role, you will have:
Understanding of Test and Evaluation (T&E) through DoDi 5000, DoD Cybersecurity T&E Handbook, and similar
Understands the development of Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES) and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) for highly integrated, system of systems, and software-intensive solutions
Experience developing test strategies to include Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Tests (OT) in laboratory and field environments.
Experience with development of evaluation requirements and associated data collection requirements
Experience in Developing, documenting, and executing test plans, test cases, observations, analysis, incident reporting, and test reports
Experience in the technical design, set-up, configuration, instrumentation, operation and data collection including the development of CI/CD pipelines and associated automation and orchestration
Experience in facilitating and documenting test coordination, readiness review, incident adjudication, and after-action reviews
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree is required.
2 - 4 years technical experience.
An active Secret or higher clearance.
Valid U.S. passport.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
