Choices is hiring dedicated, positive-minded individuals who enjoy teamwork and caring for others.We are looking for an LPN to chart on and do daily activities with individuals in our Adult Day Hab program.Program is open approximately 6am to 6pm.Employment bonus: New employee will get $200 @ 90 days, $300 @ 6 months and then $500 @ 1 year of employment.BENEFITS:This is a benefit eligible position.
