Cracker Barrel is on the search for a Compliance Coordinator to join the legal team at our Home Office. In this role, you will be responsible for and prepare all necessary forms for business licenses, health permits, and other sundry licenses and permits for beer and wine for Cracker Barrel and Maple Street Biscuit Company.
Manages the compliance team's calendar and takes initiative to complete monthly compliance task
Assembles data from systems and across home office and field personnel
Fields questions from municipalities including inquiries that come directly to the Alcohol Licensing email.
Researches and maintains rates, addresses, deadlines associated with licenses and permits
Processes invoices, requests checks as needed, and maintains payment records for future reference.
Primary support for implementation of new compliance software (License HQ)
Files Annual Reports needed for alcohol licensing compliance
Handles other administrative tasks for compliance function
Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years secretarial/clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent computer and typing skills (proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
General office skills; knowledge of office automation equipment.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing and project management skills.
Detail-oriented.
