Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in Document Management team, you will design and implement functional and cost-efficient solutions. You should be able to work on prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential, hands-on experience with technical projects would be good. You must have strong analytical skills, project management, presentation skills, and ability to develop strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, vendors and external and internal team members.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Perform analysis on business requirements and design systems applications, systems interfaces, and databases as well as their impact.

  • Work with business clients and perform research to develop expertise in assigned functional processes and systems, points of pain, and business priorities.

  • Translate business and user requirements into accurate features with acceptance criteria using systems and data analysis leveraging tools such as Jira Align, JIRA , Clear Water and Lucid Charts.

  • Identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, and provide alternatives both to the changing application and all upstream and downstream systems, utilizing knowledge of the application systems in the area of responsibility.

  • Facilitate and/or lead the reviews of solution designs with the other members of the technical team and business stakeholders and define the minimum viable product for delivery for complex enterprise programs.

  • Design APIs for Micro Services.

  • Deliver Swaggers for REST APIs.

  • Validate APIs using POSTMAN.

  • Support Development, Testing and Operations teams to ensure smooth build and release of projects to production

  • Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements

  • Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Demonstrates Project management skills such as planning, prioritizing, tracking, reporting and managing stakeholders and commitments.

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered.

  • 4+ years of related experience required

  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational

  • Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive

  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
