Procurement Compliance Intern
We're currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our team as a Procurement Compliance Intern within KBR's Defense Systems Engineering Business Unit (DSE); a business unit within KBR Government Solutions, a leading global Aerospace and Defense contractor with capabilities supporting defense, space, aviation, and other government programs and missions. Our Procurement Compliance internship will engage students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities. Working alongside leadership, KBR interns have the opportunity to sharpen their skills through hands-on learning. Learning opportunities will include:
Helping to ensure KBR's procurement department is in compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements
Collecting and analyzing data to support internal and external reporting
Preparing and reviewing subcontracting plans
Outreach with current and potential small business suppliers
Supporting new business proposals
Interfacing with KBR program teams and procurement
Participating in internal and external audits
Assisting with small business requirements and proposals
This internship with KBR will provide you with invaluable experience that you could utilize in any business-related role, and it is KBR's goal to evaluate its interns for potential entry-level openings.

Basic Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or above
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Management, or related field
Must be a recent graduate within the past year or pending graduation in Spring or Fall of 2024
Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Microsoft Excel
