Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Driver Helper / Non CDL Back Up Driver . This position will work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications:
Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping and receiving is preferred.
Must be comfortable with physically demanding work and able to lift 50lb+ items in a fast paced environment.
Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy.
Responsibilities:
Assist main driver on their route to deliver materials to the customers, which includes loading and unloading appliances.
Assist warehouse personnel when needed with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
Act as back up driver when needed, including delivering materials to the customer, picking up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling the truck as needed, and reporting any problems or issues to supervisor.
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Ability to work overtime as needed
Pre-employment drug and background screening required

$15.30 - $22.95

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
