ITW Appliance Components serves all the major Appliance OEM in the US, Europe, Asia, and Mexico and their tier suppliers. This global division manufactures mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical components and assemblies with a variety of manufacturing processes. We have locations in the US, China, Mexico, the UK, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Italy. ITW Industrial Components is a separate Business Unit within the ITW Appliance Division focused on industrial customers and applications.

Maintaining advanced global engineering and manufacturing facilities.
Identifying customer needs to provide continued added value solutions.
Continually improving processes, materials, and designs to ensure every solution exceeds customer expectations while providing unparalleled value.
Assembles components such as lid locks, wax motors, ball bearing wheels, switches, and motors with automated high-speed machinery and/or manual/semi-manual production equipment in the production area by performing the following duties.
Starting pay of $18.50 per hour.
Hours From: 10:30PM-7:00AM
Set-up, adjust, and operate automated assembly equipment.
Disassemble non-conforming parts with machines and/or hand tools to rebuild or recycle.
Log and track all non-conforming parts and scrapped material.
Replenish raw material to the automation/ assembly equipment to maintain production.
Maintain a 2-bin Kanban Inventory system to ensure no part shortages occur.
Diagnose operating troubles or malfunctions and may use basic hand tools to make minor adjustments and repairs.
Clearly communicate with team leaders, maintenance team, and co-workers on all shifts to share information on equipment status / needs throughout the day.
Assemble product using manual and/or semi-manual processes.

High school education; or related experience to include above average mechanical, communications, and computer aptitude.
