Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of increasingly progressive human resources experience (actual experience as an HRBP preferred)
Demonstrated savviness with various HRIS systems
PHR or SPHR is considered a plus
PowerSecure seeks an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. This position is a hybrid position working both in the Durham office and remotely.
As an HR Business Partner, you need to be comfortable with a high-volume workload and a fast-paced work environment. You will be accountable for maintaining accurate data within the HRIS system, providing "above-and-beyond" customer service to the managers and employees you support on a daily basis. The HR Business Partner will also support the HR team as needed on any additional daily tasks or projects.
Key Skills & Experiences:
Ability to prioritize work, and work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data management
Proficient in Office 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
Advanced Excel Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
