The Corporate Strategy group is responsible for driving the Corporate strategic planning process. As a Corporate function, this team needs to build strong partnership with all Business Units and Functions in the company, driving a flawless process that encompasses all groups, and culminates in the organizations overall strategic plan.
We are seeking a passionate, creative, highly organized individual who can manage and coordinate the companys foundational processes and operating rhythm. This individual will collaborate with a broad spectrum of internal partners and must be able to build effective working relationships spanning a wide range of personalities and geographies. Ideal candidate is a well-organized, proactive, motivated, self-assured individual that can assume full ownership of projects with minimal oversight, and take initiative to drive improvement and/or initiate new projects.
Key Charter:
Project manage Corporate strategy process and overall companys operating rhythm; drive successful execution with great attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Define project objectives for areas of responsibility, and ensure that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion
Effectively collaborate with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program; hold stakeholders accountable, influence without direct authority
Generate compelling presentations and communications materials
Plan and execute C-suite level events and meetings
Critical Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Temperament:
Excellent planning / organizational skills; ability to perform tasks methodically with structure; ability to create a good framework before execution; executes to timeline with sense of urgency under minimum direction
Program management certification and / or relevant experience, skills and temperament; conflict management
Highly detail oriented with strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate (verbal, written, and visual presentation) at all levels (including C-level); outstanding proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Tableau
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment
Highly adaptive to changing priorities / environment
High energy, assertive, proactive leader with creativity and curiosity
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of semiconductors, semiconductor industry and ecosystem, and Applied Materials products

Education and Experience:
Minimum: Bachelors degree with 4-7 years of work experience
Preferred: Certified program manager; semiconductor industry and/or Applied experience
