Job Description:
Assist in developing strategies for implementation of CI.
Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
Collect and maintain CI records for work area including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
Data collect about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.
Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.
Work closely with operations team to establish work standards.
Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau and Lean Six Sigma.
