JMT's Hunt Valley Project Controls Team is seeking a Project Assistant to be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination on projects. Sponsorship is not available for this position. As a condition of employment, hire will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Proof of vaccination will need to be submitted as part of the interview/hiring process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Refinement and implementation of standard operating procedures
Lead and coordinate inspector training/certification process
Lead project billing and coordination of invoice back-up with field inspection staff
Daily coordination and support of field inspection staff
Tracking and reporting of project budgets
Assist with contract coordination process
Provide administrative assistance on projects
Prepare monthly progress reports.
Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist with the development of RFP's, LOR's or proposals as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required SkillsRequired Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of administrative experience
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
