Program Management Analyst
KBR is looking for a Program Management Analyst to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. This is a full-time position located in Robins, GA.
Job Description
- Works closely with team KBR Team Lead/Program Manager (PM) and government customers
- Provides support on a variety of program and project functions
- Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
- Develop, establish, and monitor program requirements to include action items, metrics, risk mitigation plans, and milestones
- Provides support to the PM in program progress reviews and other performance reviews
- Create, plan, update and track funding in CCaR system
- Assists in establishing and defining program requirements
- Develops PowerPoint Presentations for briefing higher level executive agency
- Participates in special projects as required
- Works independently, applies sound judgment to resolve problems/deviations, and obtains advice where precedents are unclear or not available.
- Coordinate and process eSSS documentation
- Ability to physically lift up to 25lbs
Required Education/Experience
- BS degree in Business or Relevant Technical Discipline and five years of work experience OR an AS degree in Business or Relevant Technical Discipline plus seven years of related work experience
Required Experience:
- Understands Government Statutory/Regulatory Document Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems and innovate solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Strong verbal, writing, and communication skills
Security Clearance Requirement: Eligible to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience and knowledge with the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the DOD, Air Force, and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition process
- Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments across a broad spectrum of functions and disciplines to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
