What You'll Get to Do:
As an IDT Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation of simple to complex Sales Order (SO) Invoices and submitting them to our customers via numerous methods and tracking through payment. Specific activities will include:
Use the Costpoint financial system to create SO invoices in accordance with CACI standards and policies.
Invoice timely and accurately after receiving proof of delivery,
Support of internal, external and government audits as required.
Execution of SOX controls related to invoicing process.
Key contributor within the IDT team for invoicing issues.
Ability to work within the CACI IDT team and coordinate with other IDT stakeholders (such as sales, purchasing, etc.) as needed.
Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms: phone, email, video calls, conference calls, etc.
Ability to use COGNOS and Excel on an intermediate level.
Be on the alert for continuous improvement opportunities within the invoicing process.
Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.
Provides advice, training and guidance to less experienced employees.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.
More About the Role:
Will utilize daily reports to identify Sales Orders with open inventory and proof of delivery.
Will work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Will help to create efficiencies and automations.
Will work daily in Salesforce to ensure accurate information.
Will work through email and other ticketing system to respond to issues and resolutions.
Will learn and be responsible for SOX controls and DCAA audit compliance guidelines.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.
1+ years of relevant billing work experience
Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams) and Adobe Work
Experience in a corporate environment.
Work independently and/or with limited guidance.
Work within a collaborative team.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
VAR knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of government accounting.
Experience with Costpoint, P2P, and Salesforce.
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Knowledge of inventory accounting.
1+ years of relevant AR work experience
A degree in accounting.
Supportive, positive attitude.
Communicate effectively.
Fluency reading and writing in English.
Ability to identify root cause and solve problems.
Have a mind for continuous improvement.
Detail oriented and quality focused.

$42,400 - $86,900
