Do you like working with others? Do you like a challenge? Waste Connections has a new opportunity for Technology Integration Analyst I at our corporate office in the Woodlands, Texas!
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to work with multiple teams on integrations, new technologies development and advanced troubleshooting of any issues that arise. Technologies will include windows server, Linux, time clocks, camera system, telephony, and a wide scope of software applications. While the focus will be integrations, responsibilities will extend into working on new building implementations, camera system buildouts including cabling and upgrading current hardware at sites.
Requirements:
2-5 Years of Technical Customer Service Experience
2-5 Years of Server/Network experience (AD, DNS, NPS, SQL, Cisco IOS, DHCP, ACL, Firewalls, profiles, IIS, Cloud Applications, and VoIP)
Cabling Experience - Cat 3,5e & 6
Ability to travel for extended periods including weekends (domestic and international)
Required travel will be 60% to 80%.
