Come join our Massage Therapy team at Massage Envy of Royal Palm Beach*! We are a very busy clinic with well over 2200 members and plenty of guests that visit our clinic monthly!
We are currently offering a Sign-On Bonus! Full time therapists will receive $500 ($200 on first paycheck, the remainder after 90 days) and part time therapists will receive $300 ($100 on first paycheck, the remainder after 90 days)
As experienced owners that have been in the Spa industry for over 12 years, we know the ups and downs of this field. We want to provide you with an ideal work environment that suits you, be it full- or part-time. Flexibility is our goal and keeping your books full will come naturally.
Here's what's in it for you:
Base commissions starting at $22+ per hour of service. Your level of experience is taken into consideration when setting your base commission. In addition, our current Service Providers keep 100% of their gratuities, which average around $15 per hour.
Bonus pay for additional services provided, such as our enhancements (training for these services is provided in-house)
Pay for last minute/same day cancellations
Benefits that help you take care of yourself, such as: health and dental insurance (50% employer contribution), free liability insurance through the AMTA, and a 401k with 4% employee match
Referral bonus for LMTs - $300 after 90 days of employment

No overhead costs - we supply you with everything you need to practice your art. Come as you are!

Well-skilled professionals who have an active Massage Therapy License in Florida and are able to pass a background and reference check
