Key strategic leader responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the annual T-Mobile Retail Merchandising plan. This position drives seasonal planning, GTM, Marketing and LOB intake processes for all products, services, promotions and initiatives at retail. Other duties include, developing and implementing tools and procedures to enable the Retail Merchandising Team to achieve better planning, prioritization and alignment resulting in operational excellence for the field and impactful experiences for customers. This role requires strong cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Creative, GTM, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, Channel Leadership and other Enterprise Delivery Partners. This position drives organizational excellence in process and strategic planning for the entire store portfolio. Must have ability to assimilate detailed data and insights, processes and people in a structured way that informs strategic thinking and planning.
What you'll do in your role.
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
Serves as the Retail Merchandising primary point of contact driving program intake and planning strategy for the Retail Merchandising organization.
Identifies and develops strategic planning and communication process, procedures and tools within Retail Merchandising and cross-functional partners communicating plan and priorities that touch all retail locations.
Drives delivery of diverse and complex projects that include close coordination of internal teams and external agencies.
Enables the broader team and stakeholders to align on strategic merchandising expectations and supports adherence across the organization to agreed milestones.
Closely works with partner teams to understand and identify key inter-dependencies, critical roadblocks, identifies potential issues and appropriately align with needs of the enterprise.
Monitors projects within the Retail Merchandising organization ensuring leadership is aligned and has appropriately prioritized such projects, keeping the leadership abreast of all matters of significance requiring immediate attention.
Will serve as the organization's project leader on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience Project Management, Marketing and/or Product Management, Process Competency Development, Communication Management, Product and Services Management/Implementation, Offering Planning and Development
Experience in a technology focused marketing and/or product management space preferred.
Ability to communicate with and manage executives to specific outcomes.
Proactive in anticipating and preempting potential problems.
Demonstrated operational performance management capabilities.
Education (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree in related field
5+ years of experience Project Management, Marketing and/or Product Management, Process Competency Development, Communication Management, Product and Services Management/Implementation, Offering Planning and Development.

High School Diploma or GED
T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
