A Cabinetry Service Technician is responsible for performing final punch out prior to client turnover, as well as miscellaneous punch work throughout the construction. Daily tasks include but are not limited to touch-up, adjustment, and light installation of cabinet components. Additionally, the position will be responsible for the receiving and delivery of service parts and will work closely with the office to perform warranty work after closing.

Responsibilities:

  • General punch of homes; i.e. adjustments, touch-up, parts installation.

  • Receiving and delivery of service parts.

  • Updating our in-house system with receipts and fulfillments of parts.

  • Warranty punch and service of closed homes.

  • Initiates orders for service or warranty parts if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's license with clean driving record.

  • Experience with carpentry.

  • Prior experience in the field of cabinet installation.

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system.

  • Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
