Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the location and ensuring excellent service is provided to our members and guests.
Ensuring membership sales and active membership growth goals are met each month.
Managing a staff of over 25 employees (front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians)
Manage the training, monitoring, and coaching the performance of our Front Desk Associates.
Creating and monitoring staff work schedules and handling human resource functions.
Handling the employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, resolving concerns, as well as record keeping.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and our clients.
Carry on the culture of our location to reflect our company's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consitency, and empathy.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working at a Massage Envy or similiar business as a manager or assistant manager
Has experience with managing a business where memberships are sold
Holds a strong customer service orientation and can effectively communicate with our members and guests, prospective clients, and employees.
Possess great leadership and can motivate staff to achieve goals.
Can develop a strong team culture.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Has the ability to identify and solves problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and lead the staff.
Be aware of and comply with all labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the franchised location including local and state lilcensing laws and regulations related to general business operations.
Benefits:
$50,000/year salary
Commissions for membership sales, retails sales, and enhanced therapy sales

Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).
Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
