Job Description:
Responsible for managing Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) orders and coordinating with the repair team to meet customer requirements and on-time delivery goals. Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans. Analyze processes, identifies problems, and develop recommendations to for improvement to meet customer requirements. Work closely with Customers, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development team members. Analyze data from multiples sources for trends and predictive conclusions, providing insight for planning and forecasting decisions. Complete routine report outs for orders, revenue, operating income, and other performance metrics. Participate in the development of business intelligence tools.
Essential Functions:
Repair order management in alignment with manufacturing procedures and work instructions
Customer communications for sales, order management, material management, scheduling, and order fulfillment
Internal communication and project management for scheduling, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
Contract and Purchase Order management
MRO business analysis and reporting
Estimate at Completion (EAC) management, forecasting, and estimating
Export control for international business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Broad knowledge of customer service, order management, and project management in a defense contractor environment

Intermediate expertise with MS Excel functionality, including VLOOKUP, formulas, macro enabled workbooks, and more
Experience with data mining, applied analytics, and forecasting tools such as CRM, Tableau and/or Power BI, and others
Experience with continuous improvement, process waste elimination, and lean six sigma terminology and concepts
