Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm (plus 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks from 10am to 5pm)
Pay range: $16-18/hr, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
Optimally communicate appointment policy
Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
Address -Thank You- cards to customers for full house selections
Qualifications:
Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education
Customer service experience required
Sales experience would be a plus
Customer driven with an outgoing personality
High attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Analytical thinking and an eye for business
Strong communication and presentation skills
