Responsibilities-
The Manager of Franchise Services will be responsible for all aspect of the franchise business. These responsibilities include Training of new and current franchisee's, curriculum development and implementation. Among the initial responsibilities, the Manager of Franchise Services may be asked to assist with other miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed.
As an addition to the team, this position also effectively supports all team members, and Franchisees, elevating the Support Center. This position will challenge, empower, and collaborate with fellow teams and team members to better support of our Franchise Partners.
Responsibilities:
Onsite support in Training and Operations for new/existing franchisees, center managers and other support personnel, including classroom training, online training execution, and development
Assist in the development and execution of curriculum for both current and future processes and SOPs
Partner with other team members and teams to effectively create content
Working with other department to ensure unity and to maintain brand image
Assist in the discovery, testing, and execution of strategic initiatives
Add to the overall maintenance and enhancements for curricula hosted on the Learning Management System
Qualifications-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
