Description
SAIC is looking for a candidate to perform duties as an Electronics Technician in support of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) located in North Charleston, SC .
Responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading all Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and equipment on all tactical vehicles in the area assigned.
Performing routine maintenance checks and tasks under using standard procedures.
May perform alternate equipment custodian duties as well as receiving Mission Support Equipment (MSE) shipments, conducting inventory, operational checks as well as tagging, packaging, storing and onward shipment of MSE.
May be tasked to utilize the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to record all repair and fault analysis.

Required Education:
Required skills:
Experienced electronics repair, maintenance and checkout.
Must be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
Required Clearance:
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
US Citizenship is required to meet the security requirements for this contract.
Desired Skills:
Prior military experience with the assembly, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation and checkout of electronic equipment desired, not required.
Prior experience with maintaining, troubleshooting C4ISR systems integrated into military vehicles and specifically the JLTV variants.
