Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing either the administration of employee payroll processing or the administration of employee benefits and absence management, ensuring accurate and timely completion of these functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of responding to escalated inquiries and performing related processing
Oversee the bi-weekly completion of employee and physician payroll
Develop and monitor metrics to ensure continual improvement of service
Collaborate with subject matter experts within HR and other areas of the organization to incorporate new programs and initiatives
Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to set expectations for staff
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a customer service, human resources, or call center environment
Strong knowledge of either employee payroll processing or administration of employee benefits and absence management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in HRIS systems and other relevant software, specifically Workday

Pay Range
$62982 - $94474 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
