We are seeking a Capture & Proposal Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Proposal Development within AR's Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) Center of Excellence, this critical role is accountable for using Capture Plan elements to prepare an effective Proposal Plan and Proposal Strategy, then leading the proposal team in developing a highly competitive, winning-level proposal. Proposals will involve AR and customer proprietary, firewalled, classified, ITAR and EAR, and other sensitive information. This is a highly networked position that includes partnerships and business alignment with Capture Teams and other functions across the business.
This position may be filled at this level or one level higher. Preferred hire/work location is Huntsville, Alabama. May also be filled at the Canoga Park, California site.
