In this role you will:
Contribute recommendations for executable acquisition strategies for weapon systems development
Evaluate/contrast alternative schedules and present to others
Capture risk mitigation strategies and reflect in schedules
Support cost analysis by providing the time and duration of activities
Develop draft detailed program schedules in accordance with documented standards
Perform/present critical and driving path analysis and products
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
DoD Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of Seven (7) years of Scheduling experience in DoD or similar industry environment
Familiarity with risk analysis and relationship to schedule estimation. Demonstrated experience in conducting SHCs and SRAs
Expert knowledge of schedule assessment tools such as Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, Acumen 360, and DCMA Schedule Analyzer for Project, MS Project, Primavera, and Open Plan
Experience with Monte Carlo analysis in combination with distributions for activity durations
Outstanding skills in communicating complex technical issues, and in providing comprehensive written and oral products to senior leadership
Highly self-motivated, creative and able to flourish in a dynamic work environment
Understanding of the DoD or equivalent environment acquisition lifecycle, activities, timeline, acquisitions, best practices, policies, dependencies, and interrelationships associated with DoDI 5000.02
