We are looking for a candidate who is flexible to work both remotely and on site as needed. We are looking to expand our Recruiting team with an experienced Recruiter who act with a sense of urgency, demonstrates impeccable follow up with hiring managers and candidates, enjoys getting things accomplished, and delivering the -WOW- factor in customer service both internally and externally. In this role, you must be an organized person and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Also, this position may be hired at a higher level based on a candidate's qualifications.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of fulltime, full cycle Recruiting experience. (If hiring at the Sr level-the minimum requirement would be 5 years)

  • 1 year of fulltime work experience within a corporate Recruiting environment (internal recruiting function)

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.

  • PHR, SPHR or other HR related certifications-a plus

  • Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems or Customer Relationship Management Systems

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 360 and TEAMS

  • Proficiency in sourcing through various social media platforms including LinkedIn (Recruiter), Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Eligible to work in the United States

We are expanding our Recruiting team and we need a professional Recruiter who can:

  • Navigate a "tight" job market and find qualified candidates and put them to work as quickly as possible.

  • Build and maintain relationships with exempt and non-exempt candidates

  • Become the subject matter expert in all aspects of recruiting. Learn the business so that you can deliver results.

  • Prioritize and juggle all the responsibilities that come with full cycle recruiting (screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessments, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, recruitment marketing branding, benefits, answering questions, and follow through after the candidate shows up on Day 1).

Here are some positions that you'll recruit for:

  • Engineers (all levels and various disciplines)

  • Manufacturing

  • Sales & Marketing

  • Accounting & Finance

  • Information Technology (IT)

  • Operations-Electricians, Generator Service Techs, HVAC Installers, Plumbers, Foremen, General Laborers

  • Engineering, Procurement, & Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for open positions from an assigned customer group

  • Ability to communicate company strategy, business plan, structure, and point of view on key business topics to prospective candidates

  • Establishes relationships with candidates through appropriate interactions; establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers through strong consultative skills, knowledge of external labor markets, and best practice sharing

  • Assists in the coordination and administration of routine recruiting transactions e.g. posting jobs, tracking applicants, and following up with hiring managers

  • Works with hiring manager to coordinate any subject matter assessments related to open positions.

  • Coordinates and schedules onsite and virtual interviews with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers and administrative assistants.

  • Coordinates travel for candidates and resolves last minute unexpected schedule changes

  • Commits to a 24-hour response time to all inquiries.

  • Learns and masters an Applicant Tracking System to post jobs to company career pages, external job boards, and social media sites

  • Responsible for compiling weekly reports

  • Responsible for candidate and hiring manager communication follow up.

  • Committed to filling jobs with qualified candidates as quickly as possible

  • Consults with Hiring Managers regarding position descriptions and hiring profiles to develop multi-faceted recruitment approaches and craft effective postings and advertisements for sourcing of candidates.

  • Ensures hiring practices and sourcing models comply with local, state and federal employment laws, the company's affirmative action goals (e.g. recruitment sources and underutilization reports) and company's strategic diversity initiatives.

  • Conducts required salary analyses using Payscale.com

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines

  • Ability to make informed and timely decisions; understands when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties

  • Thinks ahead and troubleshoots, removing obstacles before they become issues

  • Comfortable with change, ability to adapt quickly, and sometimes ambiguity.

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload

  • Polished and professional presentation and communication style

  • Passion for candidate and customer experience; excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with executives and professionals at all levels

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Perseverance that gets you to a solution no matter what it takes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Systems are your friend: You look at them, learn them, become one with them and you pride yourself on knowing where to find EVERYTHING. Specifically, experience with applicant tracking systems is highly desired.

  • Proactive approach, takes initiative and follows-through consistently
