ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our healthcare team in the city of Toledo, Ohio. As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional primary medical care services to our patients. You will have the opportunity make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.
Practice consists of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems.
Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.

Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in being a part of leadership committees or councils
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using electronic health record systems
