Job Description: This person will contribute to the company's success by performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. This role is responsible for performing hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
Essential Functions: - Performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products - Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies - Follows an engineered assembly process - Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels - Train and mentor other assemblers when required - Work as a team and collaborate
Basic Qualifications: - Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous assembly experience & skills - Strong mechanical background - Harris product knowledge - Microsoft Office programs experience - Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment - Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing skills IPC 7711 certification - IPC 7721 certification
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $34,500 - $64,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
