Warewash Division Description:
The Warewash Division of the Food Equipment Group is seeking a part-time Administrative Office Coordinator (30 hours/week) for its Troy, OH facility, located 20 minutes north of the Dayton metropolitan area.
The Warewash Division produces Hobart, Stero, and Somat branded commercial dishwashers and waste equipment for use in hotels, casinos, restaurants, health care, cruise ships, schools and universities and retail.
Summary:
The Administrative Office Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of activities to support the Warewash Division - Tech Center office. Some of the activities will include providing administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager, handling day-to-day office duties for various departments, and providing occasional office support to other business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete monthly reports
Schedule travel for business leaders
Participate in and take meeting notes
Participate on employee activity committee
Order office lunches for meetings or celebrations
Maintain and organize office supply inventories
Place required orders for office refreshments, supplies, etc.
Arrange maintenance for company vehicles and maintain records
Schedule all-employee meetings
Mobile telephone administration
Post employee communications/message board updates
Data entry
Support VP/GM and business leaders as required
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
2 years of experience working in a professional work setting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
Independent and organized work style that includes managing time and prioritizing workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrates good listening skills
Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and employee information
