Case Management Specialist Job Summary:
The Specialist, LER Case Management responds to legal demands for stored l customer information. Specializes in analyzing information from many sources, applying standard practices/policies, and providing detailed reports of findings. The Specialist utilizes specialized training to perform unique and complex administrative, technical and support tasks. The Specialist should have experience in reading and understanding legal demands. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the Network/National Security Agreement and therefore must be a U.S. citizen.
Real Time Operations Specialist Job Summary:
The Specialist, LER Real Time Operations, analyzes, processes and responds to legal demands received from law enforcement agencies for real-time network or location surveillance and customer records and coordinates the statutorily mandated reimbursement for providing that service. This skilled role operates in a 24/7/365 call center environment and performs remote implementation and maintenance of court ordered electronic surveillance (i.e., wiretap, pen register/trap and trace) and handset location tracking. The Specialist supports LER technical teams and cross-functional business partners to perform testing and troubleshooting of network interception systems. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the Network/National Security Agreement and therefore must be a U.S. citizen.
Emergency Response Center Job Summary:
The Specialist, LER Emergency Response Center provides 24 x 7 phone support to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) requestors. The Specialist shall respond to requests that are of a emergency or exigent nature. The Specialist will receive off the phone exigent requests where they will then need to process and respond to these requests in a timely manner. The Specialist position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellence in courtesy and concern, as well as always maintaining professionalism to provide a valued experience.
Solutions Center Job Summary:
The Specialist, Solutions Center must assess escalated customer issues and present dynamic resolutions. S/he specializes in analyzing information from many sources, applying standard practices/policies and providing detailed reports of findings. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are important. This individual should possess the ability to diffuse difficult and highly escalated customer situations. The incumbent utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to perform unique and complex administrative, technical and support tasks. It is the specialist's responsibility to work collaboratively with all available resources with cross functional business partners to provide full and final resolution to all concerns expressed by the requestor.
