Looking for a dependable and organized Contracts Administration Assistant responsible for assisting with the management of customer contracts, maintaining database integrity, and supporting sales efforts for new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract renewals for current customers

  • Assist with onboarding new customers

  • Maintain contract files and accurate database information

    Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of contract administration experience preferred.

  • Experience with Certificates of Insurance and/or Sales Tax Exemptions a plus.

  • Demonstrates impeccable customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new programs.

  • Process oriented, with demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment within strict deadlines
