Job Description:
Grade: 6
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 10:30pm-4:00am (Monday-Thursday) and 10:30pm-6:00am (Friday, hours will vary)
Job Summary
This position requires candidate to open/close trailer doors for half the night and answer phone calls the other half.
Responsibilities:
Learns and inputs data into a variety of data systems that help track feeders and their contents
Answers telephone and communicates with feeder drivers, providing assistance when needed
Opens feeders and verifies that their contents match up with system information, reporting and correcting any discrepancies
Climbs in and out of trailers safely and is physically able to open various trailers on a nightly basis in any/all weather conditions
Works efficiently in a time-critical and team-oriented environment with high level of attention to detail
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Accurate and rapid data entry
Must be able to open/close trailer doors and climb in and out of trailers when necessary
