The Manufacturing Engineering Director in Camden Arkansas will plan, organize and technically direct the manufacturing engineering activities and staff. Enable Operations to execute all programs in a safe and efficient manner, and ensuring the achievement of quality, cost and delivery schedule objectives. This position reports to the Senior Director Operations and Site Management.
Our Camden, AR site is at $600M+ revenue and produces a diverse portfolio of highly engineered products for aerospace and defense applications. The individual will be responsible for implementing a disciplined operating system in line with the enterprise while improving the operating effectiveness of the site and leading an organization of over 80 people.
