This Senior Analyst will be on a dynamic team, providing technical reviews and analyses of CEC system designs, integration, and production plans, and conduct evaluations of system specifications and requirements to assess any potential impacts on system design and performance. Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their contract which supports their defense work on the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).The US Navy headquarters staff at the Pentagon, known as OPNAV, supports the Chief of Naval Operations in his mission to support the warfighter by setting requirements, budgeting resources, and managing programs for many different Navy programs.

You will be part of a small, dedicated team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. Paul McMullen [www.linkedin.com/in/paul-mcmullen-5486687] leads this team with over 20 years' experience and is a Navy veteran. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program!

In this role, you will:

  • Advise team on CEC related matters

  • Coordinate with Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (DASN) Ships for routing CEC documents

  • Coordinate with N9I Gatekeeper for JCIDS documents

  • Attend CEC Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Working Group Meetings (WGM)

  • Review CEC TEMP updates and provide comments

  • Attend CEC Software Baseline Review (SBR) meetings

  • Attend Surface Warfare Tactical Requirements Group (SWTRG) for POM Issues, and present CEC POM Issues

  • Perform daily data pull for CEC in PBIS

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have the following :

  • Top Secret /SCI Clearance

  • 15 years of progressive experience in capability definition and operation of Navy and/or DoD systems

  • Knowledge of Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC)

  • Knowledge of PPBE and Navy POM processes

  • Proficiency with executive correspondence and Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Additional desired skills and qualifications:

  • OPNAV or military staff experience

  • Navy Fleet experience or air defense experience in other military Services

  • Acquisition experience or process knowledge

  • PBIS experience
