If you are a Par 4 in any position plus any of the following:
6 months as a shift leader
6 months as a skill trainer
6 months as a new store opener
12 months as an ETC
Plus you must have a valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifiers are a background in Restaurant Management or a four year college degree.
