Content Developer / Writer / Analyst
Summary:
The Content Developer collaborates with the Government Services - US business growth teams to gather best practices and write model content that is compliant and compelling. This role focuses on a variety of content and metrics including past performance, management, quality, and transition plans. The Content Developer's initial focus will be to collaborate, develop, and maintain a -Wall of Truth- for key information required for business growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate as part of a small team to complete projects that add value to business growth teams.
Organize corporate capabilities, metrics, or other relevant information.
With limited guidance, collect and evaluate current model content to develop compliant and compelling model.
May interview subject matter experts to obtain relevant content.
Incorporate comments from reviewers.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous assignments and meet critical deadlines.
Supports market research.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and experience.
Proven ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Self-motivated to provide quality products and respond to recommendations.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Highly experienced with MS Office products and Acrobat products.
Experienced with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
Proven experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or related field
3-4 years of experience
