In Azure AI, we are focused on providing powerful, yet easy-to-use machine learning services based on state-of-the art AI models such as generative language models like GPT-3. Our AI services enable customers from a variety of industries ranging from healthcare to media to leverage the power of AI to create new experience, optimize their business, or learn from their data.
On the Responsible AI team, we work to ensure that each new product or technology we build is developed and used responsibly. To achieve, we work with engineering, science and research teams to identify RAI challenges and develop new solutions for our products. In this role, you will drive Responsible AI requirements and implementation across the Cognitive Services product portfolio including vision, speech, language and decision.
This role requires a deep understanding of AI and Responsible AI and an ability to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including engineering, science, research, business, policy, and legal.

Responsibilities
As a program manager for Responsible AI, you will build and drive state of the art products that enable customers to apply AI responsibly. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop a deep understanding of responsible AI practices and state-of-the-art implementations
Partner closely with engineers and scientists to build models, APIs, services, and complex systems responsibly
Develop new solutions in partnership with Microsoft Research and other internal and external experts to responsible AI challenges in our products
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years in a product management role, designing and shipping complex products for developers, ML professionals, or similar.
2+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of vision, speech, and language models
Experience in Responsible AI or Content Moderation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in machine learning, data science or related area.
Experience with AI policy.
