Please review the following job description:
Provide onboarding and implementation support to newly recruited agents and sales teams while providing tracking and management of new agent engagement. Liaise between new agents and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs in an effort to increase rates of first case sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure optimal, prompt and accurate response to independent sales teams at all times regarding pending requests.
Create professional and comprehensive correspondence/memos to independent sales and shared services teams.
Proactively respond to independent sales team inquiries re: agent set up and first case protocol.
Maintain information on IBD (independent broker/dealer) set ups.
For first quarter after agent set up, proactively provide onboarding support to sales teams via reminders including:
a. 30 day follow up email to RD/IW.
b. 60 day follow up call to IW.
c. 90 day follow up with RD.
Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews of new agents evaluating: outbound marketing, web usage, case submission, submitted and placed revenue.
Maintain current and working knowledge of multiple compensation grids, product requirements, necessary paperwork and management approval process.
Maintain ongoing, positive working relationships to facilitate problem resolution.
Utilize internal systems (paragon, CRM) for entry and tracking of requests.
Work directly with newly recruited producers to ensure a seamless transition of business and information.

Proven agent onboarding experience
Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to maneuver internal reporting systems to evaluate opportunities for business development
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
