KBR is actively seeking a Health and Human Performance (HHP) Program Manager to join our team on an initial part-time basis supporting identification and subject matter expert support for HHP research and business development targets. This position also includes support for Program Management activities with a focus on growing the HHP portfolio of contracts for KBR. In this role you will be responsible for acting as a subject matter expert in advising health and human performance growth and providing experienced Program Management expertise on future contracts. Upon award of new HHP contract that would require a program manager, this position may transition to full time status based on required skills necessary for leading the operational execution of that contract. Additional responsibilities may include:
Work collaboratively with a team of HHP program managers and capture managers supporting federal and Department of Defense DOD business growth in the HHP domain.
Business capture responsibilities including collaboration with current and potential customers, providing KBR Business Development (BD) staff and the KBR Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) with technical support and customer engagement targets.
Particular focus will be on the pursuit and capture of the Army HHP and RD contracts.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Master's Degree in a Business or Health related field and 12+ years of related experience in Health and Human Performance
5+ years of experience with the human performance sectors within the Federal and DOD
5+ years of experience working with TRADOC, MEDCOM or FORSCOM
5+ years managing $50M+ contract to include staffing and leading a team at four or more geographically dispersed locations with approximately 400 FTEs total, including responsibility for travel requirements and contract performance
Strong insight into current requirements, future goals, and who the right customer contacts are to position KBR for growth in the HHP sector and/or capture of the future DOD contracts
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team and demonstrated interpersonal/conflict-resolution skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
This position does require US Citizenship

Desired Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelors' Degree in a Physiology, Psychology, Exercise Science or a human health and performance relative degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Senior Military Experience
Experience in briefing senior managers and leaders, preferably to include in the Federal and Defense Health Sector
Strong organizational & time management skills
Excellent attention to detail skills
