Senior Systems Administrator
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to support the Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) program.
As a JTDI Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in integration, maintaining, and supporting the JTDI Enterprise -Top Tier- infrastructure. You will provide direct customer support for which we transfer data via various implementations, including the Model-Based Product Support (MBPS), Material Readiness Database (MRDB), Naval Air Technical Data Engineering Service Command (NATEC), Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Army Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC), and others within the JTDI customer portfolio. Currently, the JTDI Enterprise is located on-premise within the DISA DECC. JTDI in the next year, will be migrated to the cloud within DC2HS. You will be expected to support the seamless transition and ensure no disruption in service to JTDI or its customer base.Your responsibilities will also require experience in scripting and automation, application support, system security, data management, and database support. The JTDI Senior Systems Administrator will work closely with the JTDI In-Service Engineering team and developers to test, integrate, and deploy into sustainment new applications and services, following software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles. You will be expected to possess strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to engage directly with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members providing Tier 3 level support. Lastly, KBR is seeking an individual that can display an ability to adapt within the organization, recognize and implement process improvements, and one that can seize opportunities to improve products and services.This position requires the ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance. This role offers a flexible remote working environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain PowerShell scripts for processing customer data
Support Microsoft IIS services and website configurations including PKI authentication
Understand complex sFTP processes, services, and customer integration
Provide Microsoft SQL server and database support (e.g., database creation, tuning, and job management)
Application support, upgrades, and maintenance (e.g., LifeRay, StorFirst, RClone, etc.)
Scheduled Enterprise maintenance windows
DoD Cyber Security support (i.e., completing STIGs, remediating vulnerabilities, providing plan of action and milestones [POA&M], etc.)
Leverage the NAVAIR National Help Desk system to track and document support requests from customers and team members
Utilize the DISA and DC2HS ticketing system to manage network configurations (i.e., F5 application firewalls, inbound/outbound connection requests, etc.)
Understand JTDI owned products such as the Joint Delivery Management System (JDMS), JDReceive, the Central Configuration Tool (CCT), and the PKI Administration (PKADM) tool
Active Directory and user access management
Direct customer support including troubleshooting issues, understanding requirements, and implementing new capabilities
Cross-collaborate with the JTDI functional area teams as primary integrator
Document and update guides, manuals, diagrams, and other written deliverables as needed
Perform day-to-day sustainment duties as requested
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor of Science in addition to 8 years of experience (or 16 years in lieu of a degree)
Security Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain a Top Secret with T5 background investigation.

Windows Server 2016-2022 system administration
Networking and protocols (e.g., firewalls, proxies, reverse proxies, etc.)
Microsoft IIS web server administration
Microsoft SQL server administration
Linux OS administration
Command Line Interfaces (e.g., Linux Bash, PowerShell, AWS, Azure Bash, etc.)
PKI certificate management
Data transfer protocols and services (e.g., SOAP, APIs, sFTP, HTTPS)
Cloud infrastructure and storage (e.g., AWS, Azure)
