Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Makes technical presentations. Negotiates product specifications. Completes product configurations.

  2. Identifies opportunities to solve complex opportunities for customers.

  3. Drives new customer focused market development efforts for the specific product line. Works with account sales to close business.

  4. Identifies new business opportunities within the account.

  5. Provide guidance to account sales team on what is know to be the strategic technical road map for the customer.

  6. Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.

  • Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field

  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function

  • Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements
