Job Description

As part of the Portfolio Credit Risk (PCR) team, the Credit Risk Project Manager Analyst will reside on the Credit Business Operations team and primarily support Credit Operations. This position will utilize analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills to drive Operational projects, reviews, and results supporting daily health and deliverables for Credit Operations.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

  • Manage project intake, owning beginning to end for our LOB

  • Work cross functionally across T-Mobile to deliver results

  • Own reviews of project intakes for consumer and business with analysts of impacts

  • Develop requirements for projects that impact our LOB

  • Find creative solutions to keep projects on track with successful deployments.

  • Assist with testing and monitoring changes.

  • Assist with monthly reporting.

  • Ability to influence and lead positive change to business processes by creating and recommending actionable solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

  • Ad hoc support to management or business partners

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 2 years of relevant experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

  • Outgoing confidence and comfortable working in cross-functional teams interacting with multiple levels of management

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project Management software, and PowerPoint

  • Previous experience with T-Mobile systems and applications preferred

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
