We are looking for a Fellow, Analysis/Systems Engineering to join our team and grow with us at our Huntsville, AL facility.
The successful candidate will be a visionary Technical Leader at the critical intersection of business and technology with a demonstrated track record of strategic thinking, critical decision making, technical expertise and experience to deliver successful products aligned with business strategy. A Fellow leads new and enabling technology development, identifies and mitigates risks, resolves issues, and serves as a role model and mentor for the next generation of technical leaders. A Fellow also proactively leads improvement initiatives. A Fellow partners with business development teams, demonstrates leadership on industry boards and drives direction of standards that align with AR business demands. Excellent communication skills are present at all levels, both internally and externally.
