Digital Execution Manager
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. KBR is looking for a Digital Execution Manager, to help support change management; creating new, digital ways of doing mega projects in the EPC space.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manages and coordinates all the digital activities on the PMC and Project phases of the program, via direct supervision or through the digital team.
Works closely with the corporate group/s to support the delivery of the program and project phases.
Works directly with client to define the digital scope, strategy and implementation plan. Produces a digital charter to align client and KBR at an executive level.
Produces a Program/Project scope of work which will be used to identify changes between the original and final contractual agreement.
They will also produce Return on investment (ROI) cases for digital SOWs to identify the benefits of using a digital approach, in accordance with client expectations.
Liaise with corporate groups to evaluate tools and technology available in the market and working with the Client/Program and corporate teams selects the right tools to deliver the Program and Project.
Keeps the client and company advised of project status.
Leads the digital team and is responsible for the successful completion of the project.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will have skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Information Management or Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in related projects with an average of 20+ years which includes several years of Senior Project/Program Management level experience and with a track record of developing and successfully implementing a compelling digital strategy in a large and complex project environment.
They should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of project execution and how digital approaches can provide a beneficial outcome to the project team and the client organization, both for the present (Pre-FEED and FEED project phases) and in the future (EPC phase and most importantly, the operational phase).
They should have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and be capable of interfacing with and influencing senior management within both KBR and Client organizations.
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the KBR way of working.
