Job Description

This role will help lead and plan the technology and integrations with critical supply partnerships - across programmatic partners as well as owned and operated technology providers. The individual will work across T-Mobile divisions (O&O, Audience Network, and Marketing) to grow and optimize partnerships with vendors/partners with focused efforts on technical integrations and yield optimizations. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the omni-channel media landscape of publishers and technology solution providers (ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, etc.) with a goal of optimizing integrations to reduce costs while driving monetization, performance, and scale across T-Mobile. Additionally, the candidate should also have insights into data, audiences, and other assets that can be packaged with media to create best-in-class supply products that drive revenue for T-Mobile Marketing Solutions (TMS). This role is largely business and partner management with an element of yield optimization /operations new business development that focuses on integration as a competitive advantage.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Act as the primary operational and technical point-of-contact between TMS and key media supply partners (SSPs and strategic publishers), driving TMS - partner objectives.

  • Work alongside T-Mobile Marketing Solutions (TMS) Operations team to insure seamless integrations and appropriate use of partnership technology, tools, and media supply.

  • Manage joint projects across T-Mobile teams (TMS and corporate paid media) and media supply partners / tech vendors, ensuring both organizations are successfully delivering continuous improvement approaches to the partnership.

  • Collaborate with SSP and strategic publisher partners uncovering new opportunities to expand partnerships across technical and commercials dimensions.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of the partner operations and integrations including joint monetization efforts, co-marketing and sales efforts and unique inventory packaging.

  • Assist in developing long-term strategic business plans and holding regular QBRs to align stakeholders to objectives.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 10+ years of deep ad-tech / mar-tech industry experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Proven ability to work with and influence partner roadmaps and business decisions.

  • Demonstrated leadership in aligning cross-functional teams around specific initiatives and objectives

  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor evaluation expertise

  • Relationship builder who can create deep, long-term, trusted partnerships both within T-Mobile and with broader ecosystem partners.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a true enterprise partnership.

  • Dependable and accountable with experience working with cross-functional teams to support complex partner projects

  • Intellectually curious self-starter
