CACI is looking for a Project Manager to support our IT Portfolio Management group at USCENTCOM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple requirements broken into smaller technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for the evaluation of operational requirements and the oversight of multiple IT projects that support program objectives. This position is contingent upon pending contract award.
What You'll Get to Do:
The primary duty is to manage assigned IT programs with direct engagement of the customers within USCNETCOM. Facilitates partnerships across operational lines to ensure the appropriate resources are available to execute programs.
- Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core technical programs.
- Responsible for complex program management tasks, and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
- Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities. Leads operational and functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Responsible for identifying technically sound solutions and executing them to successful completion.
- Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Identifies, analyzes, and defines project/program requirements and scope.
- Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 - 7 years of related work experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- Current PMP certification
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Current passport.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
