Serco supports the US Navy for their Team Submarine contract supporting the maintenance, sustainment and disposal of in-service submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
Serco North America (Serco-NA) is seeking a motivated individual to provide programmatic support to one of our Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customers.Serco-NA has an opening for an Analyst with expertise in Database management and/or SharePoint development to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area.
The Management Analyst is the Primary customer contact for all activities, regularly meeting with and updating the customer on project status and is the single point of contact on all contract management support related issues, including required reports and presentations responsible for quality control and timeliness.
Qualifications
To be successful In this position, you will have:
An Active DoD Issued Secret Clearance.
In some cases sponsorship will be honored.
A Bachelor`s degree and 2-4 years of relavent work experience.
Experience supporting SharePoint site development and information/knowledge management.
Experience establishing and maintaining data repositories to support analysis for Program Office presentations and proposals.
Additional Experience Desired:
Experience developing presentations of data analyticsPrevious NAVSEA experience.
Previous experience with SUBSAFE, Fly-By-Wire, and Deep Submergence Systems would be ideal.
