The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a visual information specialist providing authoritative technical advice to the Agency's managers on controversial, complex, and difficult matters involving the Consumer Insight Program as expressed through social media. Position responsibilities include: Develops and distributes visual media information in support of the Agency's brand marketing and business initiatives. Serves as a visual information specialist responsible for planning and directing the preparation and presentation of digital and printed media. Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Manages milestones, deadlines and scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects. One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level or equivalent to at least GS-11 under other Federal service pay systems, private sector, or military. Examples of qualifying specialized experience: Utilizes modern technology and social media delivery techniques in the fields of video, sound, pictures, and art presentation.
