Job Description:
Become part of Essentia's accomplished team in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, where 465 lakes provide endless options for water sports and recreation. These cities, 125 miles north of Minneapolis, are at the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, one of the state's top vacation destinations. Brainerd-Baxter is home to 65,000 year-round residents and is located in one of the fastest growing counties in the state. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department. This will include: - Staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes - Providing input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. - Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. - You may also perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient's health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family's self-management skills. - You will support continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service. - This Supervisor will oversee our Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Allergy departments. Experience: 2 year's nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

Educational Requirements:
BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
