POSITION SUMMARY
Fitness floor trainer enjoys working with people, has a member service mentality, keen eye for cleanliness and safety, is degreed and certified or working currently toward completion; is professional, experienced, punctual, promotes fitness and an active, healthy lifestyle; demonstrates desire to build personal training clientele, promotes club/company policies/procedures and membership sales; assists with community and partnering events in and out-of-house.
Previous personal training experience preferred
Meet one of the following:
Have a four-year degree in a fitness, health or fitness related field
Be certified to train through ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, or working toward successful completion of certification
Be CPR/AED certified
Have good communication skills
Demonstrate promotional and sales aptitude
Have a strong affiliation with the product
Be accountable for time (punctual for appointments, honor all follow-up commitments, etc.)
Demonstrate good customer service
Ability to work with others as a team player
Exemplify mission of club and ProMedica
Act as positive role model and community partner
